  Information on fuel specifications and delivery methods, such as ex-pipe, truck, or barge.

Crew Mobilization

The mobilization process is often divided into three distinct steps by Blue Axis Energy.

Vessel Port Arrival & Clearance

Once the vessel or fleet reaches port, Blue Axis Energy ensures the clearance process is completed efficiently and effectively:

• Work closely with your nominated Ship Agent and Customs Broker to monitor the entire clearance process.

• Facilitate visits by Port Authorities, including Immigration, Health Authorities, Port State Control, and Customs, ensuring smooth and expedited clearance.

• Equip your fleet with necessary personnel and equipment, including:

  • Marine Mammal Observers (MMO)

  • Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) Operators

  • Environmental Technicians (Env. Tech)

  • Radio Operators

  • Helicopter Landing Officers (HLO)

  • Garbage Segregation Bins/Containers

  • Bridge signage in the local language

Transit

Before your vessel begins transit, we handle all pre-departure requirements to ensure a smooth start to the journey:

• Collect and prepare documentation, including Ship Certificates, Crew Lists, Visas, and Inventory lists (consumables and non-consumables).

• Collaborate with your Operations team, Ship Agent, and Customs Broker to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

• Anticipate and resolve any potential issues, such as missing permits or document inconsistencies, to avoid delays.

Vessel Transit to Prospect Area

Before the vessel departs for the prospect area, Blue Axis Energy provides final preparations to ensure a seamless project start:

• Coordinate with Ship Chandlers and Ship Agents for any last-minute needs, including spare parts, groceries, and fuel.

• Ensure the vessel is fully equipped for the project, with all operational requirements fulfilled.

• Provide support for the Project Start-Up Meeting, ensuring all team members are aligned and ready to commence operations (if requested)

At this stage, everything is in place for your project to begin successfully, with all logistical, operational, and compliance aspects covered.
